Getting Your Design Just Right

To ensure your artwork looks impeccable on your shirts, please send your designs in the preferred file formats. 

• .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
• .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)
• .pdf (Portable Document Format)

For raster images, a .png file with a transparent background at the actual output size is ideal. If you’re working with .psd (Photoshop) or .tiff files, ensure they are at 300 DPI for optimal quality.

Remember to convert all text to outlines to avoid font issues. If you have specific fonts used in your design, feel free to send those along with your artwork.

Turnaround Times and Rush Orders

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This begins once:

1. Your order is paid.
2. All artwork details are finalized.
3. Shirt choices are confirmed.
4. Your mockup is approved.

Ink Types and Their Effects

Here are high-quality inks used to ensure your designs look their best:

• Plastisol: Standard industry ink with a glossy finish. It sits on top of the fabric and is suitable for most materials.
• Waterbase: Eco-friendly and soft, dyes the fabric itself but is less opaque on dark fabrics.
• Discharge: Ideal for dark fabrics, removes the dye in the fabric to create a soft print.
• Hybrid: Combines waterbase or discharge with plastisol for a softer feel and vibrant colors.
